I am a dedicated integrated therapist committed to providing comprehensive and personalized care. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to address a wide range of client needs. I prioritize establishing a secure and supportive therapeutic alliance, recognizing that strong rapport is essential for successful outcomes.
My clinical expertise encompasses anxiety, depression, life adjustments, stress and anger management, codependency, relationship difficulties, behavioral issues, boundaries, trauma, coping skills, and self-esteem enhancement. When working with children, I integrate play and art therapy techniques to facilitate communication and healing. My professional background includes experience in domestic violence intervention, community mental health services, crisis management, and private practice.
I graduated with an undergraduate degree from McKendree University in 2012 in Organizational Communication with an emphasis in Management and a minor in Psychology. I then went on to get a Masters in Counseling from Webster University in 2018. I am currently licensed to provide counseling in both Illinois and Missouri.
